Al Ain player, Soufiane Rahimi, said that tomorrow’s match will not be easy and requires great focus throughout the match. We came to Karshi fully prepared for the match and are well aware of our mission and we will strive to return to Al Ain with a positive result.

Regarding the difference between Pakhtakor and Nasaf, he stated: “The difference is definitely great. We played in different conditions against Pakhtakor, and tomorrow we will play the first leg in a different stage as well. I ask God Almighty success and good luck for me and my colleagues to achieve a result that pleases Al Ain fans and facilitates our mission in the return match at HBZS.”

Nasaf coach, Rozikul: Ready to Al Ain confrontation

The Uzbek Nasaf coach, Rozikul Berdyev, emphasized that tomorrow’s match is very critical for both teams in the knockout stage, and we are ready to confront Al Ain and will strive to show our best in order to achieve a positive result in our home and in front of our fans.

Responding to a question about the history of the two teams’ meetings, which favors Al Ain, he said: “We played a match eight years ago, and the circumstances now are completely different. We’ve made  a draw here in Uzbekistan and lost in Al Ain. Tomorrow’s match will be the second in the knockout stage, and we are looking forward to achieve a positive result.”
