The Boss Challenges Zob Ahan Isfahan FC in A Thrilling Playoff Match

At 20:30 (Tehran Local Time), 20:00 (Abu Dhabi Local Time), Al Ain FC is expected to be engaged in a decisive match in the continental competition against the Iranian host team Zob Ahan Esfahan F.C. at Foolad Shahr Stadium within the pre-final round of the 2017 AFC Champions League group stage.

This evening’s confrontation holds number 4 in a series of matches between Zob Ahan Esfahan F.C. of Iran and the UAE Al Ain FC. The first match held within the first leg of the round of 8 at Hazza Bin Zayed Stadium which ended in a positive draw, one goal for each: The Brazilian Dyanfres Douglas scored for Al Ain, while Zob Ahan returned to match with a goal by Muhammad Reda Abbasi. Nevertheless, Al Ain managed in the second – leg match to end the match with a clean sheet by two goals scored by the South Korean Lee Myung-joo and the Colombian Danilo Asprilla respectively.

In the Current version, Zob Ahan managed to achieve the same scenario of the first – leg match but in the group stage, in which the match ended in a positive score with a goal for each at Hazza Bin Zayed Stadium. Ismail Ahmad scored for the home team, whereas Jerry Bengtson scored for the guests.
