We Conduct Tough and Quality Training Sessions, and We Look Forward to Celebrating Winning Championships by the End of the Coming Season

Intensive Training Sessions Are Far More Important than Friendlies

Alfred Schreuder, Al Ain Team Head Coach, put an accent on the significance of the summer training camp in preparation for the new season.

“The morning training session we held today lasted two and a half hours. Yes, the period seems long, but this type of session is a must at this stage,” he said.

He added: “The training sessions are designed for running and strengthening muscles, in addition to tactical training programs. All the exercises are meant to make all the players in form. They know well what they are meant to do at the beginning of the new season.”

Al Ain Team coach said they explained to the Club’s management the importance of training sessions during the away training camp.

“I explained that I do not need many friendly matches during this training camp. All that I need to put the players in form and be ready through the intensive and quality training session,”

Schreuder stressed that the Boss squad players play a weekly match that includes several training sessions daily. He said: “This emphasizes the importance of training in football so that players learn at all times what they should do during official matches.”

He also enjoyed the players’ performance and their seriousness, keenness, and commitment.

He commented on the players’ attitude: “They have a strong desire to get out of the training programs and technical lectures that we hold daily with the desired gains. I am also happy with the high potential and capabilities of the team players, and we work with each other continuously to achieve the goal that we seek from our pre-season training camp here in Spain.”

Alfred Schreuder pointed out that the coaching teams designed tough and robust training programs to be conducted constantly.

He concluded: “We look forward to meeting the team’s fans after three weeks, and we are at the best readiness levels for the new season. We will work together hand in hand to fulfill our Club’s ambitions and celebrate all titles at the end of the season and reap the fruits of the efforts we are exerting at present.”
