The Boss Thrashes Al Nasr by 3-1 and Grab Firm Hands on Top Spot

Al Ain Team put firm hands on the top spot of the league standing table following beating Al Nasr by 3-1. The matchweek 11 of the ADNOC Pro League was held at Hazza bin Zayed Stadium on Saturday 25th December. The second half of the match witnessed sending Al Nasr’s player Mahdi Obeid off the pitch with a red card at “79” minute of the match.

The first half ended with a goalless draw and Al Ain’s Soufiane Rahimi did not socre from the penalty point sending the ball outside the three posts. Al Ain team scored through the Argentine Christian Guanca socred two goals at “47-71”, and the third was scored by midfielder Ahmed Barman “81”. Al Nasr sole goal was scored by Sebastian Lucas Tagliabo “65”.

By this result, Al Ain tops the standing table with 27 points, while Al Nasr’s balance is stuck at 17 points in fifth place “temporarily”.
