Underlined that Marouf’s Injury is not of Much Concern.. Sultan Rashid: Khalfan Needs Three Weeks to Recover

MRI X-Ray shows that Mohammed Khalfan suffers from a rupture of the internal ligament of the knee as a result of his injury during the team’s match against Hatta, Sultan Rashid, Supervisor of Al Ain First Football Team announced.

He added: “The team’s doctor recommended to give him a two-week break and it is decided to rejoin the squad after three weeks as per the report of the team’s doctor.”

As for Jamal Marouf, Sultan Rashid stated that he suffered a severe bruise in the foot and the moment he fell to the ground he felt pain in his back.

He also said: “The doctor had recommended to keep the player at hospital until tomorrow morning to check on him, and medical tests have confirmed that he needs to take rest for three days prior resuming the training sessions.”
