The head coach of Al Ain Football Team stated that his team deserved the draw result of the away matchweek 5 of ADNOC Pro League against Al Urooba FC.

In the post-match press conference, he expressed his dissatisfaction saying that “I believe we had a bad experience tonight. We have to scrutinize and analyze the number of our team’s counter attacks we launched during the two halves. In general, will evaluate the performance to correct all mistakes committed to be ready for the next match.”

He added: “We played two different halves and talked to the players in the break to focus more, particularly in handling the opponent’s counter attacks and when they have chance to score when in box.”

The Ukrainian head coach signed off by confirming it was an unpleasant experience, but the Boss still at the top spot of the standing table and will redouble the efforts in the coming matches.

Al Ain is Held to Draw by 3-3 to Al Urooba

Al Ain had their first draw result this season by the end of matchweek 5 of ADNOC Pro League against the home team, Al Orooba FC. The match which ended by 3-3 draw was held this evening of 23rd September 2021 at Al Fujairah Club Stadium.

The Boss took the lead by 3-0 in the first half. Laba Kodjo scored his first hat-trick this season at “29- 38- 42”. In the meantime, Al Orooba scored through Ali Madan “59- 90+9” and Saeed Obeid “67”.

The one point earned by Al Ain helped them maintain the top spot of the standings with 13 points. Meanwhile, Al Orooba’s balance turned to be three points holding the 11th spot “temporarily”.
