Players of the Boss “Al Zaeem” are characterized by goodbehaviors and high professional mentality

Experience taught me to rely on all the players in the team’s squad

We closed the AFC Champions League “temporarily” and our focus is currently on the local League

During the introductory press conference for his team’s match against Ittihad Kalba, Al Ain Argentine head coach, Hernan Crespo, stated: “We need our fans’ massive support, and frankly when I took on the task at Al Ain, I was required to realize the status of all players, and I found players with goodbehaviors and a high professional mentality. The club I belong to is truly great and wonderful in every sense of the word, and all these inputs enhance our chances of achieving our targetsby the end of the season. We need Al Ain fans’ support to strengthen our power in all confrontations.”

“Reality confirms that we have no enough time for preparation, and we have only one day to prepare the team before the match the day after tomorrow against Ittihad Kalba, so that the players returning from a long journey to play the Asian match in Turkmenistan recently regain their readiness,”the Argentine coach continued.

He added: “There are some players whom we gave a rest to recover their readiness to the proper level. However, the team will be ready as required, and we realize that we will face a good team, as I mentioned to you, and outside our field once again.”

Commenting on a question about how to deal with the pressurized schedule of matches on both the local and continental levels, he said: “Al Ain is a great club and is required to compete for all titles until the end of the season, and this is the target we are working to achieve. It is not easy to move from one competition to another, and now we are returning again to the local League after “temporarily” closing the AFC file, and the team is required to achieve strong results that enable it to fulfill the aspirations of all Al Ain fans by the end of the current season.”

“Regarding the expected absences in the match against IttihadKalba, from my experience, it is always better to work on the principle of relying on a large number of players because we face many challenges, and we must be fully prepared for all matches. The idea lies in realizing the players’ status and making the right choice for those who are more ready and giving rest to those who need recovery. Therefore, it is necessary to rely on all players, and I won’t talk about seriousness because everyone here always works with the required seriousness,” he continued.
