Stressed That Official Matches Are Different from Friendly Ones

Zoran Mamic, Al Ain First Team Head Coach, described his team’s friendly match against Al Muharraq as good.

“Al Ain has played an excellent match and players were highly focused since the first minute until the referee’s end whistle,” stressed the Head Coach.

Therefore, we were so keen to deal with our match against Muharraq with the required level of seriousness and high concentration as I told you. Indeed, I think it was a good training for the team before the coming confrontation the Saudi Arabia’s Al Hilal.”

“Al Ain’s quarter-finalist is one of the best teams in the region and they have good players in their squad. On the other hand, my team has the best players at the level of the continent and we are well aware of what is required from us in the coming first and second leg matches against the Saudi team,” added he.
