I hope to see all benches at Hazza Bin Zayed Stadium full because Al Ain fans are always the ones who make the difference
Hernán Crespo, the Argentine manager of Al-Ain, emphasized, during the introductory press conference for his team’s match vs Al Wasl, on the importance of claiming victory, asserting: “We are well aware that our task will not be easy when playing against the title holder of ADNOC Pro League, but we are playing on our pitch and we are required to present all fans of Al Ain with the victory, so we will be checking on the state of readiness of all team members in line with our preparations to take on the day after tomorrow’s match.”
Commenting on a question over his message that reached the competing teams, which state that he has two teams during the current season, just after he engaged the second line of substitute players when the team played against Auckland City, he said: “I am feeling happy that everyone has witnessed this, but the truth is that we are one team and one family. We are Al Ain and we have to show our state of readiness to compete over the title of all tournaments in which we are playing during the current season, so every player on the team’s lineup has to prove his worthiness of wearing the t-shirt of Al Ain.”
In response to a question over the state of the players, Kodjo Fo-Doh Laba, Kouame Autonne Kouadio, Yahia Nader Moustafa El Sharif, and Khalid Al Hashemi, he said: “As for the player Yahia Nader Moustafa El Sharif and Khalid Al Hashemi they will not be playing in the day after tomorrow’s match, but we will be checking on the state of readiness of the players Kodjo Fo-Doh Laba and Kouame Autonne Kouadio, despite that they have not yet joined the team’s training sessions, so we will be checking on the medical report on tomorrow before making the decision related to their engagement in the match.”
He concluded his speech with a message to the fans of Al Ain football club, by saying: “We will perform our best in order to satisfy you, and I hope to see all benches at the stadium full because they are always the ones who make the difference.”
