Leonardo Jardim, who is the head manager of Al Ain football club, said that his team’s preparations to take on their upcoming match vs Ajman football club are going on very well. We have met with the team players directly after the end of the previous match, in which we played vs Shabab Al Ahli football club, then we have effectively started to create a new strategy that is suitable to take on our upcoming match, pointing out that the competing team is performing very well on their pitch, which is something that puts extra pressure on us in order to work on doubling up our efforts and to show up the true personality of “The Boss” so that we can claim victory and satisfy the loyal fans of the club.
Striking balance between the lines of play
Over the balance in performance between the defensive and forward sides of football, Leonardo Jardim said the following: “In the realm of football improvement lies in striking balance between defensive and forward sides of football. As for the team, it is improving to a great extent on the level of the physical capabilities. We have also come to put more reliance on the strategy of collective play, which made the general performance that the team is showing up to be more harmonious. Moreover, the performance of the team as a whole has become better and more effective.”
He added the following: “On the forward side of football, we are still creating several chances before the competing team’s net, where in the the last two matches, in which we played vs Sharjah and Shabab Al Ahli football clubs, we created more than ten decisive chances before the net of two competing teams, but we were only able to score one goal. This is something that motivates us to keep working with high confidence. While the most important matter is to keep creating decisive chances before the competing team’s net, because goals will definitely be scored when we keep creating those decisive chances on the competing team’s net.”

Leonardo Jardim emphasized on the importance of keeping up work in order to realized the sought after goals, so he said the following: “We have made a lot of progress on several levels, we have also become more powerful on the defensive side of football and became more willing to score goals. And this is the style of play which we love to show up on the pitch.Accordingly, we have to keep up working on this approach in order to maintain our status as a football team that is effective and capable of realizing the sought after aspirations of the team’s loyal fans.”
