Sheikh Sultan Bin Hamdan Bin Zayed Al-Nahyan, vice chairman of Al-Ain sports and cultural club board of directors, chairman of the executive committee, chairman of Al-Ain football affairs company, invited Al-Ain players to transform the vision of His Highness Sheikh Hazza Bin Zayed Al-Nahyan, deputy ruler of the emirate of Abu Dhabi, first deputy to the club’s chairman, first deputy of Ainawi honorary council, chairman of the board of directors of Al-Ain sports and cultural club, and the founding father of the success strategy of this glorious entity, in order to be able to claim the continental glory, in light of His Highness’ generous support, growing attention, and constant follow up for the team.
He also invited them to transform the positive situation which has always been correlated with “Al-Zaeem’s” journey at the Asian football tournament, into realizing the the team’s sought after primary goal, which has been set before the summer training camp in preparation for the current season, out of the sincere feelings of responsibility in defending the name and reputation of the United Arab Emirates football, while reality confirms that the sought after goal is the coronation and claiming the title after Al-Ain has successfully managed to reach the final stage of competitions, as well as to promote the ranking of our local Pro League tournament on the continental and global levels, in addition to increasing clubs places at the continental tournament. I also ask Al-Mighty Allah to guide and assist us in our quest to bring the smiles of joy and happiness to our nation.
Sheikh Sultan Bin Hamdan Bin Zayed Al-Nahyan said, during the meeting with the players of Al-Ain and those who are in charge of the coaching and management staff, before the onset of the training session on this evening: “Big numbers and results are worthless if they are not correlated with real accomplishment and with claiming the tournament’s title, so you have to believe in yourselves because you are capable of realizing the ambitions of everyone and to bring the smile of joy and happiness to the nation.”
He went on: “Be sure that your are now in front of a historical opportunity to write history by claiming the continental title and representing the state, Arabs, and the Asian continent at the Continents Cup and Clubs World Cup football tournaments as the coroneted champion of the most powerful of all clubs football tournaments on the level of the Asian continent.”
The chairman of the executive committee concluded his speech by assuring the players that they have the full support, patronage, and attention from the club’s presidency, and they will find the required support from the fans of the United Arab Emirates football inside and outside Hazza Bin Zayed stadium on the evening of tomorrow, Saturday, the 25th of the current moth of May.
