The Asian Football Confederation (AFC) has assigned a refereeing team from Tajikistan to officiate Al Ain vs. Al Saddmatch, scheduled for the evening of the day after tomorrow, Monday, at Hazza Bin Zayed Stadium, in the first round of the league stage of the 2024–25 AFC Champions League Elite, at the beginning of the Boss “Al Zaeem” journey to defend its continental title. The refereeing team will be led by Gulmorudi Saldolo, “field referee”, assisted by Karimov Hassan, “first assistant referee”, Wakareev Favo, “second assistant referee”, Zeinaldinov Saidiov, “fourth referee”, the Uzbek Nursafrov Firdavs, “VAR referee” and his compatriot Karimov Rahimbek, “VAR assistant referee”.
The AFC also assigned the South Korean Park Seung-kyun as a match commissioner and the Indian Pratap Sain, as a referee observer.
