The Serbian head coach started his speech with congratulations to his team players over today’s victory, he also praised the competitive spirit and the tactical discipline with which they appeared all along match’s playtime. He also emphasized that this victory reflects his team’s group work and its commitment on the pitch.

The head coach of Al Ain first football team explained that the early goal granted his team an important advantage in managing match’s momentum. However, he pointed out at the same time that his team’s effectiveness on the forward line of play was not up to the required level, because the players gathered in large numbers around the ball in some period of the match, which curbed their ability to create clear scoring attempts.

Ivić concluded his remarks with an emphasis over the importance of quick transformations during the upcoming stage of competitions, so he said the following statement: “We will flip the page on this match and focus our concentration over the final match of Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank Cup “ADIB”, where we are required to deliver our best performance and to show the real difference inside the pitch of play.”
