Al Ain left it late to defeat arch-rivals Al Wahda 1-0 at Al Nahyan Stadium of matchweek 19 to increase their lead at the top of the ADNOC Pro League to seven points.

The first half ended by a goalless draw, but Laba broke the deadlock at the minute of 82 in the second half when he sent a stunning right-footed into the top corner of the net to win it for his side.

By this result, Al Ain’s lead at the summit grew to seven points and reached point number 46, and Al Wahda froze at 39.
