Al Ain in Full Purple and Bunyodkor in Full White

The qualifying meeting of Al Ain game against Uzbek Bunyodkor scheduled to be held in the playoff stage qualifying to the Groups Stage of the AFC Champions League 2020 was held today, Monday 27th January 2020, at the meeting hall of Khalifa bin Zayed Stadium.
The meeting was chaired by Tajik’s Islamov D. Mand, Match Commissioner, and attended by Ali Al Shehhi, the Local General Coordinator, Ibrahim Al Ameri, the Local Media Coordinator, representatives of the two teams, and the organizing bodies. Al Ain FC representatives were headed by Ahmed Al Shamsi, Al Ain Team Manager, while Islamov Khodzhiv headed the representatives of the Bunyodkor team.
The Match Commissioner reviewed the operational processes as per the approved sequence of the Matchday Program scheduled to kickoff at 18:40. He also discussed the competition regulation and pointed out that in the event of a tie result by the end of the original time, the confrontation will continue for two additional periods, and if the tie result continues, both teams will play penalty shootouts.
During the meeting, Ahmed Al Shamsi revealed that Al Ain would wear the official full purple kit while the goalkeeper would wear a complete orange outfit. Al Shamsi chose the golden color during the warmup session. Meanwhile, the Manager of the Bunyodkor Team revealed that his team would wear their official white kit in blue stripes, while the team’s goalkeeper would wear a full black kit, and he confirmed that the team’s players would wear the silver kit in the warmup session.
Noteworthy, it was agreed to have the main gates of Hazza bin Zayed Stadium opened as of 17:40 as per the Match Day Program.
