Al Ain Loses to KSA Taawoun 2-1 in Friendly Match
As part of the team’s preparations for the season during the current FIFA break, Al Ain Team lost to Saudi Arabia Al Al Taawoun 2-1. The match was held at Khalifa bin Zayed Stadium on Sunday, 25th November 2022.
Al Ain Team reduced the two goals gap when Argentine midfielder Matías Palacios scored in the 90th minute of the match. However, the guests took the lead in the first half scoring two goals by Medran at 38 and Towamba at 41.
Al Ain Team head coach selected the following players for the team’s starting line-up: Mohammad Saeed Bu Senda, Saeed Ahmad, Rafael Pereira, Kouame Autonne, Bandar Al Ahbabi, Ahmad Barman, El Mehdi El Moubarik, Matías Palacios, Soufiane Rahimi, Andriy Yarmolenko and Laba Kodjo.Then, he made the following substitutions by involving the following players: Khalid Eisa, Saeed Jumaa, Falah Waleed, and Jonatas de Santos.
