Al Hajeri Confers With The Croatian Confederation For Cooperation And Knowledge Sharing

H.E. Ghanim Mubarak Al Hajeri, the Chairman of Al Ain Sports Games Company met yesterday morning with the Croatian Expert Romeo Jozack, the Technical Director at the Croatian Football Federation in the office building of the Football Academy in Khalifa Bin Zayed Stadium. Sultan Rashid, the Member of Board of Directors of Al Ain Sports Games Company, Hossam Saleh, the Executive Director of Al Ain Sports Games Company, and Ali Khamis, the Technical Director of the Football Academy, attended the meeting.
Al Hajeri reviewed on the sidelines of the meeting different aspects related to the recent major studies of developing the work processes of the European Clubs Academies. This is based on the vision of Al Ain Sports Games Company to adopt the best practices to achieve the highest standards of success and its permanent pursuit to cope up with the highest criteria of development and to benefit from the most successful international experiences.
Al Hajeri praised the developmental initiatives of Dr. Romeo Jozack in the Croatian Federation. He expressed his appreciation to his responsiveness with the company to study and analyze the work mechanisms of the Academy, adding, “We are always keen in Al Ain FC to adopt a perfect communication method between the First Team and the Academy concerning the technical aspects. We seek to apply the positive recommendations and strategies that lead to better results in the future.”
In turn, Romeo Josak expressed his deep admiration for the potentials the Football Academy of Al Ain FC is having. He also asserted on his desire to extend the cooperation between Al Ain FC Academy and the Croatian Football Confederation to include “technical and administrative” experience sharing regarding the youth, juniors and children sectors.

At the end of the visit, HE Ghanem Al Hajeri presented the Club’s commemorative plaque to Dr. Jozack. In turn, he gave his last book of Football Academies Development Program as a gift to the Chairman of Al Ain Sports Games Company.
Dr. Romeo Jozack is holding Doctorate in Science (Ph.D.), thesis in soccer, Faculty of Kinesiology, Zagreb, Croatia. He is the Technical Director at Croatian Football Federation. Also, he is a UEFA Technical Instructor and a UEFA Technical Observer.
He worked as Croatian National Teams Coach (U-15 to U-21).
