Al Ain Chairman Hails Performance of Players
His Excellency Ghanim Mubarak Al Hajeri chairman of the board of Al Ain Football Company has praised the performance of the Garden City Club’s players in their game against Hatta Club.
In press statements following the game, Al Hajeri said that the victory was not only about clinching the three points, but was also about the great performance of the new players who were involved at the game by coach Zoran Mamic.
The performance of Mohammed Saeed Bu Senda, Salem Al Azizi, Rashed Muhayer, Mohammed Salem Al-Dhaheri, Yousef Ahmed Mousa and Mohamed Khalfan were hailed by Al Hajeri.
He also hailed the vision of the Croatian coach who gives the chance to youngsters to take part in the team’s important games, cementing their experience and securing the future of Al Ain.
Mr. Chairman stressed that the chance of the Garden City club in winning the UAE league still exists, stressing that Al Zaeem will never give up on any tournament they are taking part in.
The participation of the young players in tonight’s game was a priority of the club, as such would increase the options available to the coaching staff, Al Hajeri noted.
Encouraged by the team senior players under Omar Abdulrahman, those youngsters had a great performance in Hatta match, the chairman said.
Also in his statements, Al Hajeri explained that the coach take the move due to his confidence that those players did great in the training sessions and showed readiness in the individual meetings before the match.
Commenting on the spurned opportunities, the chairman admitted the problem comparing to the full control of the team and the number of chances the players had in the latest games.
However, the chairman hailed the great performance of the young attacker Youssef Ahmed, expressing confidence that the player will be always in the starting lineup if he does the same in the next games.
