“The general climate in the changing room is positive and all the players are ready to fight and snatch the match’s three points,” Al Ain Colombian defender, Danilo Arboleda, stated in the pre-match media conference held this afternoon ahead of matchweek 6 of ADNOC Pro League against Al Wahda.
He stressed that: “As you know it is a “Derby” match and it so important to the team. All is set to win the three points.”
Danilo added: “It is an important match not only for the players, but also for the fans who I want to thank them for their continuous support. As I stated earlier, we are all set to win the match’s points and put a smile on the fans’ faces and to celebrate winning the opponent by the finish whistle.”
Commenting on a question on the possibility to score against Al Wahda in the coming match, he said: “My position is in the backline and this is what I focus on to do on pitch as a defender. However, if I have the chance to score, I would do my best to do it.”
He signed off saying: “Again, I only focus to do my job and this is why I am defender.”
