By Two Goals of Ajab and Rafael.. Ten-man Al Ain edge Al Nasr 2-1
Al Ain deservedly won Al Nasr at home by 2-1 by the end of matchweek 10 of the Arabian Gulf League held in Al Maktoum Stadium on Saturday 18th December 2020.
The Boss took the lead in the first half. In the 25th minute of the match, Bandar Al Ahbabi was sent off the pitch with a red card in his pocket after following a rough challenge against Al Nasr’s goalkeeper.
Al Ain opened the scoring in the 36th minute by Mohamed Abdul Rahman. Al Ain doubled their lead in the 57th minute through Rafael Pereira. Al Nasr reduced the deficit 20 minutes when defender Tsukasa Shiotani scored an own goal into his side’s net.
Al Ain now raised their tally to 18 points, while Al Nasr remained with 20 points.
