H.E. Ghanim Al Hajeri, Chairman of Al Ain Football Company, put an accent on the fact that the club’s management is so keen to sustain the stability of the team and to keep going on the right track in line with our pre-set and sound strategies and plans.

Al Hajeri stated: “Regarding the contracts of the first team players, specifically those are now in their last six months of their contracts, all the details will be announced as soon as the legal details and official procedures are finalized.”

“Currently, Al Ain lists include five foreign players and there are no plans to change the current conditions until the end of this season. We will definitely meet all the future needs and requirements that secure the stability of the team and help the coaching team to focus on their jobs.”

Al Hajeri stated that Al Ain is a big club because of its leadership and loyal fans. “The Club will keep going regardless of the names of the Board of Directors, coaching team or foreign or local players. This is why we have to have trust in the club’ work teams and provide them with the support they need to be able to meet team’s needs and the requirements for the coming phase.”

He added: The file of contracts in the world of football is framed by several worthy factors, foremost of which are the technical and financial aspects, in addition to the seriousness and desire of the concerned parties, i.e. the two clubs and the player subject matter of the negotiations. Moreover, we have to consider the trade-off and priorities of the head coach and the Pro Technical Committee in identifying the appropriate replacement appropriate for the squad prior taking the decision to approve the sale or purchase of any player’s card.

Al Hajeri took the opportunity to address a message to the loyal Ainawi Nation to avoid rumors for their negative impact on the team. he said: “I urge all the loyal Ainawi fans not to listen to any rumors promoted by some voices who work against the best interest of the players and the fans at the same time. Hand in hand we will be stronger and boost aspirations of the team and support any decision taken by the head coach to defend the logo of our big club.”

Al Hajeri concluded his statement saying that “I also hope that we all overlook issues raised by people with hidden agenda whose aim is only to disturb the general atmosphere, because the Boss’ principles and values will be always against to be involved in unacceptable “polemics” with whoever or to respond to such rumors by any form of verbal abuse, mocking, degrading that absolutely will trigger sedition.”
