During the pre-match press conference for their upcoming match against Ittihad Kalba, scheduled to be held at the latter’s stadium as part of the first leg of the Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank Cup, Al Ain defender Kouame Autonne stated: “We trust our capabilities to deliver a performance that meets Al Ain fans’ expectations. We are prepared for this important game in the first leg of the semi-finals, and our preparations are proceeding properly. We look forward to showcasing our best in Friday’s match.”
Commenting on a question about the solutions they adopted to correct the individual errors in the team’s defensive system, he said: “We are working seriously to address the errors, and the coach is helping us find possible solutions to correct our errors. We’re training hard, and in our upcoming matches, we will demonstrate a good performance that satisfies our personal ambitions and those of Ainawi fans.”
