Confidently, Al Ain to take on Qatar’s El Jaish
In anticipation of their AFC second-leg semifinals versus El Jaish of Qatar at Abdulla Bin Khalifa Stadium at Lekhwiya Sports Club next Tuesday, Al Ain players, high-spirited and greatly heeded by the administrative staffs and their fans, concluded their trainings yesterday evening and flew a few hours later on a private jet to Doha in a delegation headed by H.E Mohamed Obeid, Board member of Al Ain FC Company and the General Supervisor of the first team and backup team.
According to The AFC rules, Al Ain is scheduled to carry out their pre-match official training at Lekhwiya Stadium on Monday at local 18:15 (19:15 Abu Dhabi time); while the match-related technical meeting and the press conference will be held Tuesday at 10:00 and 11:00 respectively.
Al Ain is looking forward to playing the AFC finals for the third time and to winning Asia’s top title for the second time to add a new achievement to its local and continental record.
