Confirmed Al Ain’s Readiness for Super Cup Challenge.. Mohannad Al Enezi: My Decision to Stay with the Global Boss Has Already Been Taken Prior the End of My Contract

Al Ain’s international defender, Mohannad Salim Al Enezi, was so keen to extend his sincerest greetings to everybody on Eid Al Adha and wished UAE and all Muslim countries happy returns.

Mohannad expressed his deep gratitude and appreciation to H.H. Sheikh Hazza Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice-Chairman of the Executive Council, First Vice President of Al Ain Sports and Cultural Club, First Vice President of the Honorary Council & Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al Ain Sports and Cultural Club, for his generous support to UAE’s sport sector and all athletes.

On his contract renewal, Mohannad stated: “I would like to thank the management of the club and the Croatian head coach, Zoran Mamic, for renewing their confidence in me. I provoke to Allah Almighty to grant us all the best of luck and be able along with my teammates to achieve the great Ainawi ambitions during our next challenges. I assure all the fans that I will work hard and redouble my efforts and be up to their expectations.”

Mohannad also expressed his pride and honour to remain in his home club and with his Ainawi family by renewing his contract with the most prominent clubs in the Asian continent. “I can assure you that any player will be honoured to play for Al Ain and defend its logo. It is a big club because of its leadership, history, management and massive loyal fans,” said he.

Responding to a question on the offers he received from other clubs, he said: “I was so determined not to leave my den even prior the end of my contract because as I have stated earlier to play for Al Ain is completely something different. Every member of this great and lofty sport entity is well aware of this firm fact.” He extended his sincere thanks and appreciation to all clubs for their interest and confirmed that the priority is always for Al Ain and to stay with his Ainawi family who has the credit after Allah’s almighty.

“Our squad is fully ready for the coming clash match against Al Wahda and sights set to put our hands on the title,” said he in response to a question on his team’s preparations for the Super Cup match. H added: “We all enjoy the high moral and great desire to fly back home with the cup in our hands and clinch the first title in this new season which is full of challenges at all local, regional and international levels.”

He commented on his team’s chances to win the title by saying: “In football and prior any match, the chances to win are equal regardless of the classification of the competing teams. Then superiority will be for the team who performs well and highly focused and committed. I pray that we will be up to it and we all have the confidence and do understand what we are meant to do in the pitch. We will spare no efforts to win and show our genuine fighting spirit from the kick off whistle until the last minute of the match to achieve the team’s and our individual aspirations and make all the loyal fans happy with all due respect to our opponent team.”

“Al Ain has important challenges in this current football season which coincides with the celebrations of the club’s 50th anniversary, the Golden Jubilee,” added he. He stressed that all the squad members are required to promote the spirit of the one family to achieve the Club’s goals which in brief winning titles and write new lines in the history of this great club.
