Al Ain quality player, Mohammed Fayez, expressed his deep pleasure on the occasion of renewing his contract with Al Ain Club. he stressed: “When it comes to play for the Boss, you overlook any terms or conditions to stay with the squad because this club is in short has the credit to get me for this level. when you talk about Al Ain, you have a great sport entity that adopts successful strategies laid down by H.H. Sheikh Hazza Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice-Chairman of the Executive Council, First Vice President of Al Ain Sports and Cultural Club, First Vice President of the Honorary Council & Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al Ain Sports and Cultural Club.

“It is Al Ain Club where we started our career and played in all its different junior teams. It is the time we repay this favor to a club where we spent our childhood until now and where we realized all our ambitions and dreams, and this is why we all have to be proud for wearing Al Ain’s logo,” added he. Mohammed Fayez availed the opportunity to extend his sincerest thanks for the head coach Zoran Mamic and the management of Al Ain Club for renewing their confidence in his skills and promised to show his genuine fighting spirit and be dedicated in defending the Boss logo.

In response to a question on the validity of the media reports on his transfer to other clubs by the end of his contract, he said: “As you know, in the last six months of your contract the agent of any player starts to receive calls and requests from other interested clubs.

However, my decision was clear and firm, that is not to consider any offer since Al Ain Club expressed their desire to keep me in the squad. I do really hope I will meet the expectations of the head coach, Al Ain’s management and Al Ain’s great grassroots.”

“It is very hard for any football player to think of any offer as long as he plays for Al Ain because it is the biggest and best club in Asia and I hope that we will achieve our pre-set goals this season,” said he.

On the Super Cup confrontation against Al Wahda in Cairo, he said: “The match between Al Ain and Al Wahda in itself is the best starting point of the new season. I believe that holding the match in Cairo is a great opportunity for both teams to show their great level of performance that reflects the genuine image of UAE football here in our beloved Arab Republic of Egypt.”

He concluded: “We are fully ready for challenge to win our first titles in the beginning of the new season. We understand that it will not be an easy mission but we all so determined to win the Super Cup with all due respect to the aspirations of our opponent.”
