Al Ain FC Croatian Head Coach, Zoran Mamic, expressed his sincerest appreciation to Al Ain Club Management who are always keen to adopt professional policy while dealing with the foreigner players’ file by granting him the full jurisdiction to select his players starting with reregistering the Brazilian striker, Douglas Dyanfres in the team’s official lists, contracting with Japan’s defender, Tsukasa Shiotani, contracting with Sweden’s striker Marcus Burg and keeping the Brazil’s midfielder, Caio Lucas within the final list.

“I am so happy to have the striker Douglas again who will be an added value to the squad’s teeth in the coming new season. He is a good player, enjoys a strong charisma and he is stunning professional player, and above all he has terrific skills. He exerted highly appreciated efforts during training sessions. I am sure that Al Ain’s fans will be happy to see him again on the pitch and will be standing and supporting him in the appropriate manner,” said he. He added, “What happened in the past was natural in football which as any other game you have good and bad times. Therefore, we have to give him another chance to return the favor to this great club.”

Zoran commended the level of performance during training sessions in Austria Camp. He emphasized this fact by saying, “Players exerted hard efforts during the current stage of the preparatory training program and we do appreciate that. It is considered a very important stage prior the kick-off of the new season. We all might currently feel tired, but things will be calmer later on.”

He concluded his statement by saying, “It is not a secret to tell you that I am overwhelmed by the player’s performance during the training sessions which witnessed the return of some injured players. Actually, I am waiting for the rest to rejoin the team and hope to finish this camp and be at the highest level of readiness to encounter Saudi Arabia’s Al Hilal in quarter final match of the AFC Champions League.”
