El Jaish delegation received by Al Mazrouei

H.E Ahmad Hameed Al Mazrouei, Vice Chairman of Al Ain FC Company, received before yesterday El Jaish Club delegation headed by Khamis Mubarak Al Kawari, the Club’s Secretary General. Arriving on a private jet at Al Ain International Airport, Qatar’s delegation included 21 players selected by the coach Sabri Lamouchi: Khalifa Abu Bakr, Saud Al Khater, Fahd Youness Ahmad, Murad Naji, Yusuf Meftah, Abdul Rahman Abkar, Dami Traore, Mohamed  Al Jaberi, Yasser Abu Bakr, Ali Sanad Al Nuaimi, Ahmad Moeen, Mohamed  Mathnani, Majed Mohamed , Hamza Al Sanhaji, Rashidov, Salah Al Yahri, Jassem Ali, Romarinho, Seydou Keita, Mohamed  Abdurrab, and Lucas Mendes.

Wishing the visitors a nice stay in ‘Dar Al Zain’, Al Mazrouei stressed the challenge posed by today’s game on both teams who are looking forward to reaching the big final.

In his statement to the press on receiving El Jaish delegation, Al Mazrouei said: “We all hope that both teams would play a tough but enjoyable game that mirrors the reputation of GCC football and marks the best end for the encounters of West Asian teams in this major competition,” he said.

“We are expecting,” he continued, “an extraordinary game because both teams have the capabilities to show a brilliant image of football. We hope that Al Ain team would manage to translate the auspicious patronage of the Club’s leadership and the sincere efforts of all into a result that would gladden our cherished country and Their Highnesses the sheikhs. This would also enhance the team’s chances to advance to the final before the second-leg game that will be held in Doha on 18 October. We also hope that the audience would enjoy a stunning round of football.”

Al Mazrouei expressed confidence in Al Ain players who have always overcome the biggest challenges under all circumstances; “They are highly spirited, self-confident and willful to play a match that gives a true image of Ain Club and its record in the competition. God willing, the title is for Al Ain.”

Finally, Al Mazrouei anticipated a great support from the fans; “They’re No. player; I expect to see early crowds on the stands.” He concluded.
