Al Ain Club has officially announced today, renewing the Boss squad’s back left contract, Erik Jorgens de Menezes, until 2025.
Publishing the news on the Club’s official website, it was stated that the decision to renew Erik’s contract per the recommendation submitted by the Technical Committee to promote the stability principle.
Noteworthy, the recommendation made by the Technical Committee was in line with the technical report submitted by the Ukrainian head coach, Sergiy Rebrov.
In a press statement, Erik expressed his deep pleasure in renewing his contract and pointed out: “I would like to thank the Club’s management, head coach, fans, and all who supported me during the past period.”
“Absolutely, renewing my contract promotes my self-confidence to boost my efforts and do my best in the coming period. Today, I feel so excited and got a genuine desire to kick off the new season preparations. We do promise the Al Ain fans to spare no effort to maintain the league title and add more titles to make the fans happy,” Erik said.
He added: “I experienced the best moments in my life since I joined the Boss squad. During the past season, we snatched two titles.”
Erik concluded: “It is not a secret that my decision to move to Al Ain Club was the best decision I ever made in my career.”
