Worth mentioning, Amoory left this Sunday 26th November to Bangkok to attend the AFC Awards Ceremony and it is scheduled to fly back on Wednesday. It is for the third time in a row that Amoory is nominated to be awarded the Asia Best Player Award which he received last year and placed second in 2015. By this recent nomination he becomes the only Asian player to be the candidate for three times to win the title of “King of Asia”. It is expected that he would be crowned with the title for second time in a row. Amoory is competing with Syria’s Omar Khreibin, striker of Saudi Arabia’s Al Hilal and China’s Wu Lei winger of China’s Shanghai SIPG.
