For the First Time Since Opening of Hazza Bin Zayed Stadium.. FIFA Dedicates the Right-Side Bench for the “Global” Boss
Since the opening of the world-class architectural masterpiece, the Hazza Bin Zayed Stadium, in 2014, the Al Ain team will be dealt with as the visitor team according to the 2018 World Cup draw. This means that the changing room of the visitor team will be Al Ain’s, while the home team changing room will be the dedicated for the CAF Champions League winners, Esperance de Tunisia.
Also, Al Ain bench players and coaching team will be on the right side of the stadium, while the Tunisian players and coaching will be on the left side.
Noteworthy, Al Ain FC is the first team in all versions of this championship to host its official matches at their home stadium, besides being the first team in the history of the FIFA Club World Cup to win their match though they were down by three goals.
