Hamad: In just one hour, more than 500 fan registered their names for the South Korea flight
His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi, Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces and President of Al Ain Sports and Cultural Club and its Honorary council, has order a private jet to transport Al Ain fans to South Korea to support Al Ain FC team during their AFC Champions League match versus Jeonbuk Hyundai Motors at Jeonju Stadium on 19th November.
The gesture was extremely appreciated by H.E Mohamed Obeid ‘Hammad’, Al Ain FC Board member, “The generous gesture of His Highness was warmly received by Al Ain FC ‘family’ including the management, players, technical and medical staff and fans of course. This will give a push for Al Ain FC to win the AFC champions league title and repeat the 2003 glory which was made with the same auspicious patronage and generous support by our insightful leadership.”
“Al Ain players know the national responsibility they have during the current edition of the AFC championship and they have already proved their eligibility to gain the confidence of the UAE’s leadership. “The players have always kept in mind how to return the leadership’s auspicious patronage from the very beginning till the recent gesture by His Highness, Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan,” he added.
Hammad, praised the huge response from Al Ain fans to His Highness gesture; “In just one hour, more than 500 fans registered their names to travel to South Korea. It proves that Al Ain FC is widely and strongly supported by fans who are ready to support their team anywhere and everywhere. Al Ain Sports & Cultural Club takes pride for having fans that set an example to be followed by all its local and continental competitors.” He concluded.
