Al Ain team lost his second match against Slovak’s Žilina by a clean one goal scored by Martin Gomola “68”. Al Ain performance was better compared to its first match and got numerous chances to score but Žilina’s defenders and the goalkeeper, Maric Telvein, were at their day and were able to deprive the “Boss” players the chance to score.

In the first half, Al Ain had two critical chances to score through Al Ameri who found himself alone face to face with the goalkeeper but he failed in both occasions to finish it in the net. The second half, the two teams’ performance was poor and their maneuvers were limited to the center of the filed with few attempts to score out of which Žilina’s player was able to score the only goal of the match at “68”. Al Ain continued the match with ten players following sending Al Ain’s defender Mohammed Eid off the pitch with a red card in his pocket.
