Ismail Ahmed Cheers Up Supports of his Health Condition and Stresses his Desire to Return Stronger Than Ever
Ismail Ahmed, UAE national Team and Al Ain FC player, set Al Ain fans’ mind at ease of his health stable conditions after undergoing a successful surgery to clean his knee cartilage in Barcelona, Spain. He stated that, “Thank Allah for the successful operation I have undergone recently and I assure every one of my stable health conditions. I provoke to Allah Almighty to come back to the team stronger than ever. I do wish Al Ain Team the best of luck and to be able to achieve the best results that are consistent with everybody’s ambitions and specifically the fans’ aspirations during the coming football season.”
In response to a question on the period required to rejoin the team following this surgery, he said, “As per the physician’s report, I will be away from football fields for a month and a half or two months. However, I know that the period of post-medical treatment and rehabilitation processes I should enroll during the next phase necessitate that I have to double my efforts as well as to enjoy a pronounced desire to help achieving a speedy recovery. I will not be in rush to rejoin the team as I am so keen to arrive at the perfect level of readiness that surely will help me to return strongly to Al Ain squad and assist my teammates. Indeed, the team will be in a dire need for all the players’ sincere and dedicated efforts during the enormous challenges we will be facing in the coming season.”
He went on to say, “In order to rejoin the team sooner, I have to deal with this issue professionally. Definitely, I will double my efforts as I mentioned to you to become stronger and better than ever with the grace of Allah Al Mighty.”
Responding to comment on the appreciation message addressed to him by the Head Coach of Al Ain FC, Zoran Mamic, directly after the end of the match against Zob Ahan as he endured his injury and sacrificed for the interest of the team, he said, “Indeed, the talented Coach, Zoran Mamic, speaks everybody’s language and so competent in motivating the players to show their best during strong and big challenges. It is a fact that not only Ismail Ahmad, but also all the team players will be firm and will not hesitate to show endurance qualities, strong desire and fighting spirit to raise the name of UAE during international competitions.”
He concluded by stating that, “The surgery was scheduled while ago, but I talked to my physician on the possibility of postponing it till the end of the season as the team was in deep need for the services of all the players on the team’s starting lineup. A number of Al Ain players even the “international” ones were suffering from injuries, specifically in the back line, the matter that made it a must for each one to respond to the call of duty to defend the logo of Al Ain FC.”
