Juan Carlos: High Fighting Spirit and Concentration are the Key to Win Al Wahda
In the pre-match press conference marking the last round of the Arabian Gulf League against Al Wahda, Spain’s head coach of of Al Ain FC Juan Carlos Garrido stated that this match is the most important one in this season. He further explained: “All the squad stars are required to be fully ready and do their best to win the three points of the match and clinch the qualification card to the AFC Champions League 2020.”
“Such type of matches implies that players are to play it with their mind set to win and enjoy high concentration. Also, they are required not to commit mistakes that give the opponent the advantage to score against us, while our front line should make use of any chance they have to hit the back net of the opponent,” he added.
Garrido underlined the importance of returning back to Al Ain with three points in hands and stated that the key to achieve this goal is to show the team’s genuine fighting spirit and that the backline is to concentrate not to commit mistakes as of the kick-off whistle until the last minute of the match.
