As the new head coach who spent only one week with the team, he stressed that he is so keen to help the team and players to improve their skills and be a competitive team. “I only spent few days with the team, and I did explain for the squad that I am here to help you all, to move forward on the victories track, be a competitive team, to show their quality skills to the opponents and fans while playing real enjoyable football and exhibit their fighting and challenge spirit.”

Responding to a question on whether his main goal is to build a strong team for the coming season, he stated: “It is the fate of big teams that they are required to win and clinch titles in line with the club’s goals and Ainawi Nation’s aspirations. We are currently working to achieve these goals with the spirit of one team and focus on that during the training sessions. We are simply motivating the players to win. Definitely, by the end of the season will assess the team’s performance and make sure that we will have a competitive team in the next season.
