The Boss has regained its top position in the standing table of the Reserved League after a deserved win over the Emirates by a clean double in the match held in the evening of 22nd October at Khalifa Bin Zayed Stadium at Al Ain Club as part of Week5 of the U-20 League.

The two teams break for the first halftime with a goalless draw. Then, Syria’s Hamza Mahnayeh translated an elegant cross sent by Mohammed Fayez, who rejoined the team following a long period of absence due to injury, into a perfect goal in the nets of the opponent team. Al Eid boosted the lead of Al Ain by scoring the second goal.

Meanwhile, Suleiman Nasser missed a penalty at “57” and the team missed the chance to seal the match by three goals.

By this victory, Al Ain again tops the standing table with 12 points in their balance, while the Emirates stands at four points holding the ninth place.
