Al Ain Team player, Mohammed Khalfan “19 years”, stressed the importance of winning the match against Kalba in this final round of the Arabian Gulf League, particularly we are playing on our ground and among our fans. He added that we are well aware of what we are meant to do and this is why we have to demonstrate the real fighting spirit and snatch the three points.

Commenting on a question on his feelings following adding his name recently to the starting line-up list, he said, “It is certain that any player has the chance to wear Al Ain’s logo should be overwhelmed by feelings of pride. We are so lucky to graduate from Al Ain Football Academy and join one of the best teams in Asia. Indeed, all things are well set up to achieve the highest levels of success in this match under the Coach’s confidence he granted to us, as well as the great support from the young stars of the team.”

He added, “The Croatian Head Coach, Zoran Mamic, instilled in ourselves the fighting spirit and the desire to win by his bravery and strong charisma. He is always keeping us away from pressures and granting me and my young teammates the strong motive to show our best during the training sessions and Al Ain official matches.”
