“Preparations for the coming match against Khorfakkan are on the way and as planned,” Al Ain Team defender, Kouame Autonne, stated in the pre-match press conference of matchweek 22 of ADNOC Pro League against Khorfakkan Team.
Kouame added: “Our match against Khorfakkan will not be easy. However, we have a well-experienced head coach who enjoys great charisma and knows how to manage the players’ affairs well. Indeed, I could say that we are in form and ready for the next match.”
He commented on the team’s morale: “Our morale is high, and we have to maintain this level of enthusiasm. We did all we could in past matches, but we were not lucky enough to win certain matches.”
“However, we still support and encourage each other in the changing room, and we all enjoy enthusiasm to achieve the best results. We must show the fighting spirit and win all matches,” he said.
Kouame expressed his appreciation on behalf of all the players for their massive endless support, saying: “I know it is not easy for them when we do not meet their expectations, particularly what happened in the recent matches.”
