Al Ain Squad Holds Training Session with Murcia County Football Team
Commenting on the team’s performance in Spain’s Summer Training Camp, Abdullah Ali hailed the players’ seriousness and accountability they exhibit in all training sessions.
“They all know how important this stage is to be ready for the coming season,” the First Football Team Supervisor.
He also commented on the team’s training program, saying that all goes appropriately and as planned under head coach Serhiy Rebrov.
“The team trains twice a day, morning and evening times, including recovery programs and physical fitness exercises in the gym hall attached to the team’s accommodation. They also practice swimming per the preventive measures and health controls adopted by the Club,” he further explained.
He added: “This evening, the players will continue their training sessions with the participation of the Murcia County Football Team per the desire of coach Serhiy Rebrov. Also, we will play our first friendly match on the first day of Eid Al Adha on 20th July 2021 against UAE Al Nasr Club “Al Ameed.” The match will be held while adopting the health protocol in force in UAE regarding the return to matches.”
In response to a question on the completion of the summer deals and the date for the players to join the team’s camp, he said: “We talked clearly about the negotiation dossier, and we agree that talking about deals should be after all the procedures are completed and amid the negotiation stage. The committee in charge of this dossier is working in full swing to complete all arrangements for signing players to the team, particularly those who, the Club, is interested in having them on board to defend the Al Ain badge in the new season.”
He also stated that it is scheduled that Khaled Al Blooshi, Nasser Al Shukaili, and Mohammed Abbas will join their teammates by the end of the camp of the UAE Olympic Team held in Serbia.
