Al Ain international striker Marcus Berg expressed his deep pleasure by winning Dibba FC by clean four goals and be only one step away from clinching the title of the Arabian Gulf League.

Responding to a question on his feelings for winning the match by 4-0 and winning the “Hattrick” ball, he said: “I am very happy to translate my team’s efforts by scoring three goals. Personally, I understand well that all Al Ain matches are now receiving the attention of the technical staff of the notational Swedish team and scoring goals boosts my chances to be in the starting lineup of my country’s team.” He added: “As for winning the “hattrick” ball following scoring my first three goals in one match in the league, it will be a great thing to remember and this gives the motive to score more goals in the coming challenges. However, winning the matches as a team is more important for me than winning individual and personal prizes.”

On the funny dialogue with his son Lionel on the screen of the stadium, he commented: “Absolutely, it was a wonderful moment for me when I saw my kids’ joy and happiness from the stands. Indeed, it is not a secret to hide that I informed my family members that it is my own challenge and I decided to score goals in our match against Dibba. When I saw the interaction of Lionel and my daughter Jolie from the stands, I felt so happy.”
