Al Ain international player, Ryan Yaslam, confirmed that Al Ain’s recent mission in the last round of the Groups Stage of the AFC Champions League was not easy but the “Boss” played against its opponent with a strong desire to win and to qualify for the last 16-teams round of the Champions League. he added: “We are now thinking of our next game against Al Nasr in the penultimate round of the Arabian Gulf League to crown our efforts we paid since the beginning of the season by winning our first title because we have not achieved anything in this season.”

Commenting on a question about his candidacy by Professional League Committee for the Golden Ball Award for the Best Emirati Player 2018, he said: “The nomination of eight players from Al Ain FC and the coach to compete for the PLC Awards is a clear indication that the team is has great players. However, all players’ target is win the title of the league and all sought to show the best in defending the logo to win all titles and we all do not think at all in the award because anyone of us is going to win it and by this as if we all win it and I hope to be for the players of Al Ain regardless of the name.”
