FAYEZ’S RETURN IS A STRONG ADDITION TO THE TEAM

Al Ain’s international defender Mohamed Ahmed confirmed that they were armed during the last match of the Groups Stage of the ACL2018 with a genuine desire to win and never thought of the chances that the “Boss” had, i.e. to win or draw to be qualified to the following stage.

Al Ain’s defender congratulated his teammates for their stunning performance and the high fighting spirit that enabled them to achieve their desired goals and praising at the same time the great level of his teammate Mohammed Fayez, who pushed himself to the limit and forced the head coach to let play in a different position than his original basic one. He added: “Fayez proved that he has already reached the right level of readiness. Indeed, what distinguishes him is that if he played as part of the starting lineup or is on the bench, you will find him supporting all his teammates and his own goal is the team should win. I have no choice except showing respect to him for his experience and listening to my instructions while in the match to enhance the level of mutual understanding between us.”

“Al Ain players showed the team’s genuine personality despite missing efforts of a number of key players such as Ismail Ahmed and Mohammed Abdul Rahman,” said he. He pointed out: “This is a positive thing specially we still have lots of matches until the end of the season and the level of the team is on the rise and provides strong performance and achieve strong results and above all is team spirit is present among the players,” stressed Mohammed.

Mohammed Ahmad expressed his hope to win the AGL title prior the last round specially when playing against Al Nasr “So the team will have the chance to devote full time to our local and continental challenges in the required manner we provoke to Allah Al Mighty to succeed in our mission.”
