Sergiy Rebrov: All Al Ain Matches Are Difficult and We Surprised the Home Team with A Different Style of Playing
“All our matches are difficult and as I stated earlier in the pre-match press conference that our preparations for this match were different. We were keen to change our plan to surprise the home team,” Sergiy Rebrov stated in the post-match press conference of matchweek 17 of ADNOC Pro League against Ittihad Kalba held on Friday 25 February 2022.
He added: “We had several chances in the first half and succeeded in taking the lead. In the second half, the home team exerted high pressure to equalize and closed all spaces.”
He concluded that the team snatched important three points hailing Ittihad Kalba Team is a good team and usually plays well at home.
