Sergiy Rebrov: So Pleased with the Boss’ Squad Performance Against Al Wasl
The Ukrainian head coach of Al Ain Sergiy Rebrov expressed his deep pleasure with his squad’s performance in the clash match against Al Wasl, particularly in the second half. Furthermore, he hailed the players and their sincere desire to win Al Wasl at home in the post-match press conference following the end of the second leg match of the quarterfinal stage of the ADNOC Pro Cup against Al Wasl in Za’beel.
He added that the players created many chances, and they could turn the table back to the match before winning the home team.
Rebrov confirmed that the match was not easy for the players, given the team’s tight schedule and the injured payers. However, he pointed out that the players showed their genuine desire to win Al Wasl and snatch the qualifying card to the semi-final match of the ADNOC Pro Cup.
