As part of its preparations for the first and second leg matchround 32 of the Arab Club Champions Cup scheduled to be held against Algeria’s ES Sétif on 31st July and 4th August 2018 in Croatia, Al Ain has already traveled to Zagreb this day. In this context, the team conducted their last morning and evening training sessions prior traveling to Zagreb which were attended by Egypt’s Hussein El Shahat. Meanwhile, Sweden’s Marcus Berg joined his teammates in Zagreb’ camp today.

Croatia’s Zoran Mamic aspires to achieve the best results this season and resume the “Boss’” journey of clinching titles. Last season, Zoran lead the team to clinch the historic double titles of the Arabian Gulf League and the President’s Cup which turned him a star in the UAE football arena and notably the “Boss” played a key role in introducing Zoran’s countryman, Zlatko Dalić, to the world.

Al Ain’s FC Head Coach, who is coming back to his hometown in an official mission this time, is so keen to recall his lovely memories of great achievements with his team Dynamo Zagreb as a player and coach at Maksimir Stadium. Why not to be proud? Zoran found himself surrounded by the loyal fans of his former club in every corner of Zagreb and it is no wonder that his current team will receive a massive support. Also, Al Ain’s away camp in Zagreb receives enormous local media coverage which highlighted the fact that Al Ain FC fully adopts the principles of the Croatian football school. Moreover, the team has gained more popularity in Croatia following the courtesy visit of Al Ain former head coach and current head coach of Croatia’s National Football Team, Zlatko Dalić to the location of the team’s away training camp in Croatia.
