Mohammed Obaid Hammad, a member of the management committee of Al Ain FC and supervisor of the first and reserve team, confirmed that the club’s strategic plans, approved by the club’s presidency, aim to keep up with the development signs that have consistently led “Al – Zaeem” to the highest indicators of success. These plans are based on the continuity of achieving victories and winning triumphs in the present, while focusing on the future of the team and our great club. Al Ain is no longer just a football club; it has become a reality living entity that achieves leadership in all fields: sports, social, and cultural.

Explaining the club’s target of extending players’ contracts for the long run, Hammad said, “Extending and signing contracts with any player in Al Ain FC is based on logic and professionalism criteria. Such criteria include the administrative reports related to discipline and commitment in morning and evening training sessions, as well as demonstrating a strong belonging to the club and defending its motto. In addition, there are reports of analysis and statistics committee regarding technical and skill factors, as well as the age group rate. Moreover, there are other indicators related to the team’s future and investment aspects. The club has also received several official offers recently from local and European clubs to sign contracts with several junior players.”
