Under the Umbrella of ADSC.. Al Ain Club Organizes Workshops and Reach out Lectures for Junior Players

Under the supervision of the Abu Dhabi Sports Council (ADSC), Al Ain Football School and Al Ain Football Academy sectors of Al Ain Football Club Company organized a series of works shops and reach out lectures attended by all junior teams’ players.

The lectures and workshops were during 19-28 December. The lecturers and coaches tackled the importance of maintaining health for athletes by paying attention to times of sleeping and proper nutrition and their relationship to recovery, enhancing the health of athletes, improving physical and mental abilities, increasing focus, absorption, and reaction on the field, reducing aggression and nervousness, in addition to how to expel waste and toxins caused by physical exertion during deep sleep.

Abdullah Khoury, Supervisor of the Academy and Football School at Al Ain Club, was keen to honor Dr. Osama Kamel Al Lala, Sports Awareness Specialist at the Abu Dhabi Sports Council, by the end of the workshop, in appreciation of the sincere efforts he made and the distinguished presentations that received remarkable interaction from everyone.

He also expressed his deep appreciation for the dedicated efforts exerted by ADSC for adopting the international best practices in enhancing the performance indicators of Abu Dhabi clubs. He also extended his thanks to the ADCS management for their interest in keeping pace with the signs of development for football schools and academies and all age groups, starting with the juniors until adults.

Abdullah Al Khoury also affirmed the keenness of the Board of Directors of Al Ain Football Club to take care of all the affairs of the school and academy sector through developing a clear strategy. “Such a strategy is dedicated to achieving the highest indicators of success.”
