“Our match against Bani Yas will not be easy and we do understand that when our opponent team plays at home they are a very strong team, and their squad has quality players”, Pedro Emmanuel stated in the pre-match press conference dedicated for the matchweek 7 of AGL against Bani Yas.
Pedro also commented that he knows the head coach of Bani Yas since they were in Saudi Arabia and that his team is always known for being well organized and strong backline.
“We have to be patient to possess the ball and be well positioned and above all not to give the opponent any chance to the home team to initiate counter attacks usually led by their Argentina striker Joe Pedro,֕ he said.
Al Ain head coach pointed out that Bani Yas kicked off the season by three victories in a row out of the three matches. ֕This requires us to play strongly although I know how difficult this will be, considering the long list of players who will not be available for the next match.֕
