Saeed Ahmad: Al Ain’s Offer is Incomparable and nonnegotiable

I Keep String Relationships with the Boss’ Stars and Initiatives of Al Ain Fans Motivate Me

Al Ain Football Club Company has recently announced signing Saeed Ahmad, 27 years, for three seasons. He would join the lineup of the first football team as of this season until 2024.

Abdullah Ali, Supervisor of the Al Ain First Football Team, welcomed the new Boss’ player, stressing: “Saeed is a significant player and enjoys the skills to make the difference, given his great potentials and skills.”

“Al Ain Club has a crystal clear principle when signing contracts which are based on the desire to play for the Boss. Indeed, Saeed showed an apparent desire to defend the Al Ain badge, and the player’s goals are consistent with the ambitions of the Boss,” he added.

He went on to say: “Saeed will join his teammates in the evening training session scheduled for the day after tomorrow, Monday. As for his participation in the next match against Khorfakkan Team, the matter will certainly be in the hands of the Ukrainian coach, Sergey Rebrov, who would decide if he is ready to play or not. We wish him and his teammates all the best.”

In his first statement after signing for Al Ain Club, Saeed Ahmed said: “I am so proud and happy on this occasion, which is a critical milestone in my career, as in the case of any player joining the Boss of the UAE clubs. I fully understand what I am meant to do in the next stage to achieve my personal ambitions that are consistent with the goals of the Al Ain Club administration, my colleagues, and the loyal Ainawi fans.”

Saeed said: “I would like to avail this opportunity to thank Al Ain Club Management and the coaching teams under the command of Serhiy Rebrov for their precious trust in my skills and potentials. Personally, I do not prefer to give promises in football as it is all about deeds, not words. Therefore, I will boost my efforts to turn my goals and ambitions into actions. I would also like to thank Shabab Al Ahli Club and their wonderful fans who have been supportive to my fellow players and me during the past years. I wish them all the best.”

In response to a question on his preference for Al Ain Club’s offer, he said: “I mentioned to you that Al Ain is the Boss of our league clubs, and no player in the UAE receives an offer from the “Boss”, and try to compare it with any other offer. Indeed, Al Ain’s offer is incomparable or subject to discussion. I aspire to hold cups and win titles with the Boss, the club with recognized records in the number of championships, locally and continentally, and the winner of the two best achievements on the continental and global levels.

He stressed that he looks forward to achieving championships with Al Ain, the club with straight and clear goals identified for any player before signing the contract terms. Finally, he wished himself and his teammates all the best in the new coming season.

Commenting on a question about his long career extended for twenty years with Shabab Al Ahli, he said: “ It is not a secret to tell you that since I joined the Shabab Al Ahli Football School when I was seven years old, my dream had been growing like any other football player in any big club in the age groups stages, he aspires to reach the first team. Then my dreams grew to get the “international” badge and then play for the national team.”

“Once I played for the first team and played for the national team, I never expected to leave Shabab Al Ahli one day, but in the world of football and the renewed professional way of thinking, playing for another team through windows of transfer turned to be a normal thing,” he said.

Said pointed out that he keeps a good and strong relationship with most Al Ain Team players as he played with them for long periods during the age group teams.

He also stated he is so determined and desires to join them and participate in the training sessions to start together with the challenging journey in defending the badge of the Boss of the UAE clubs.

“The atmosphere in Al Ain is stimulating for playing hard, given the available infrastructure that the club has and the best sports facilities at the local, continental, and even international levels,” Saeed said.

Saeed also commended the Al Ain fans by stating that “they motivate any player to give and fight harder. They are always behind the players, whether from the stands or even social media platforms. They have their distinctive culture in supporting and helping players achieve common goals that bring together all the lovers of this great club, i.e., winning the matches and titles.”

The newly arrived player signed off by saying that he desires to defend the Boss’ badge and back to the UAE National Team, “the top dream of all players. Hopefully to achieve this dream by exerting dedicated efforts, the coach’s directions and support of the management, teammates, and fans.”
