Zlatko: I’m not comfortable with the tie in front of Baniyas
Croatian Z. Dalic said in the post-match press conference held after Al Ain FC and Baniyas FC game, that took place tonight at Hazza Bin Zayed Stadium, that he was not satisfied with the match, despite the player’s performance, he mentioned that the result was not fair and it was supposed to be a win, which it was a good warm-up for some of the players who were absent from the field in the previous period, however they showcased a good level, especially the goalkeeper Khaled Issa, who saved a lot of difficult shots from Baniyas players, especially in the first half, as well as Dikay and Khaled Abdul Rahman.
He added: ” We could have played better, especially that Al Ain FC controlled a better attacking scene during the match, we had many chances to score from the right and left wing, but we didn’t use these opportunities very well, especially those that were from Bandar Ahbabi on the right side and it is wonderful that the players came out of this match without any major injuries and Mohammed Fayez who recently recovered from one participated very well during his 60 minutes play and I had to replaced him as well as Caio to make sure they are protected from any injuries, to keep them healthy for Jeonbuk’s match”.
